As of today, the Arsenal player ratings in FIFA 2022 have been made public. As a result of the Gunners’ lackluster performance in the Premier League the previous year, a significant portion of the Gunners’ roster has had their ratings lowered.

After a difficult season for Mikel Arteta‘s side, the Gunners finished eighth in the Premier League. Their performances have been reflected in their ratings for FIFA 22, with players such as Pierre Emerick Aubameyang, Alexandre Lacazette, and Nicolas Pepe all receiving downgrades to their overall ratings.

However, following a summer transfer season in which the emphasis was placed on the acquisition of young, developing talent, a number of Arsenal’s new recruits arrive with upgrades from FIFA 21, and both Bukayo Saka and Emile Smith Rowe receive significant improvements following successful campaigns.

So, how does Arsenal stack up when it comes to player ratings in FIFA 2022? Let’s have a peek.

The overall rating of Arsenal’s team in FIFA 22 has received a lot of downgrades, while some of the club’s newest additions have also received ratings that are less than impressive.

Aubameyang’s card was lowered by two points, bringing his total rating down to 85, although he still holds the distinction of being Arsenal’s player with the highest rating.

Bernd Leno (83), Nicolas Pepe (81), Alexandre Lacazette (82), Martin Odegaard (82), Granit Xhaka (79), Ainsley Maitland-Niles (75), and Sead Kolasinac (75) have all been demoted in FIFA 22 as a result of not performing to the level that was expected of them over the course of the past year. This has caused the Gunners to appear rather deflated in FIFA 22.

Emile Smith-Rowe saw his rating increase by six overall, taking him from 69 to 76, while Bukayo Saka was upgraded by five ratings to 80 rated overall; however, after the Englishman’s breakthrough season with the Gunners, 76 still seems like quite a harsh upgrade. Bukayo Saka was upgraded by five ratings to 80 rated overall.

Gabriel Martinelli, a young player for Arsenal, saw his overall rating go from 74 to 76, and new players Ben White (76), Albert Sambi Lokonga (73), and Takehiro Tomiyasu (75) also saw increases in their card ratings. After being relegated with Sheffield United, Aaron Ramsdale’s card was unexpectedly lowered from 75 to 74, while Nuno Tavares’s card was lowered from 70 to -2. Both of these moves were made in response to Ramsdale’s fellow signing Nuno Tavares.
