Man City fans convinced Erling Haaland is signing amid Gabriel Jesus reports
Manchester City fans are convinced that reports regarding the future of Gabriel Jesus mean that Erling Haaland is on his way to the Etihad.
According to The Athletic, Arsenal are in advanced talks to sign City’s Brazilian striker this summer. Jesus has scored seven goals this season for the Blues in 34 appearances and has often found it difficult to break into the first team.
It is reported that the Gunners’ technical director Edu has been discussing a possible transfer with Jesus’ representatives for a number of months. The 25-year-old’s contract at the Etihad Stadium expires in 2023.

It is no secret that Manchester City have been on the lookout for a new striker of their own. Harry Kane was linked with a move last summer but that move fizzled out.
Haaland is the latest name linked with a move to City and with his father’s links to the club there is interest from both parties. City insist that no deal has been agreed yet but the Blues are thought to be edging towards his signature.
Now that these reports regarding Jesus’ future have been published, City fans are confident that Haaland is on his way. Here is what the supporters have been saying on Twitter.
